We utilize a remote support software to connect directly to your computer. The connection is only good until you or the person supporting you ends the session. Once the session ends the software is completely removed and it will have to be redownloaded and the whole process redone for us to connect again.

Scareware is a very annoying thing to have pop-up. In most browsers you can hold the ESC key so that your browser tabs show up and then you can close the scareware. If you have trouble or want someone to walk you through closing it, contact us!
